Mr. Gabi Seligsohn was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2006. Having joined Nova in 1998, Mr. Seligsohn has served in several key positions in the company. From August 2005 till August 2006 Mr. Seligsohn has served as Executive Vice President, Global Business Management Group, From August 2002 until August 2005 he was President of Nova's US Subsidiary, Nova Inc. Previous to that he was Vice President Strategic Business Development at Nova Inc. where he established Nova's OEM group managing the Applied Materials and Lam Research accounts between the year 2000 to 2002. From 1998 to 2000 he served as global strategic account manager for the Company's five leading customers. Mr. Seligsohn joined Nova after two years service as Sales Manager for key financial accounts at Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Seligsohn holds an LLB from the University of Reading in England.

Mr. Dror David was appointed as Nova’s Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Mr. David joined Nova in April 1998, as the company’s controller, and since than served in various financial and operational positions, including the position of Vice President of Resources, in which he was responsible for the finance, operations, information systems and human resources functions of the company. Mr. David was also a leading member in the company’s initial public offering in Nasdaq in year 2000 and the Company’s private placement raising in year 2007. Prior to joining Nova, Mr. David spent five years in public accounting with Delloitte Touch in Tel Aviv, specializing in industrial high-tech companies. Mr. David is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel, holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Bar Ilan University, and an MBA from the Derby University of Britain.

Mr. Eitan Oppenhaim was appointed as Nova’s Executive Vice President, Global Business Group, in 2010. In this role Eitan is responsible for the global business, sales, marketing and application activities. Eitan joined Nova after serving as an executive business leader in few Israeli companies in the Telecom and Electronic industries. Prior to joining Nova, Eitan has served as Vice President in Alvarion, where he was responsible for managing the overall sales and operation activities in Europe. Prior to that Eitan has served as Vice President in Orbotech where he was responsible for the overall FPD (Flat Panel Display) related activities in Asia pacific. Prior to that Eitan has served in various executive sales and marketing roles in Comverse. Eitan holds a BA in Economics and MBA from Beer-Sheba University, Israel.

Shay Wolfling has joined Nova in 2011, as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Nova, Shay was an R&D manager at KLA-Tencor-Belgium (formerly ICOS Vision Systems, a publically traded company acquired by KLA in 2008), where he led multidisciplinary metrology & inspection development projects. From 2000 until its technology acquisition by ICOS in 2006, Shay was the founder and VP R&D of Nano-Or-Technologies, a start-up company with a proprietary technology for 3D optical measurements. Shay took Nano-Or from the idea stage to initial product sales. Prior to founding Nano-Or, Shay was a project manager in Y-beam, a start-up offering laser-based skin treatments. Shay has several patents under his name in the field of optical measurements. Shay holds a B.Sc. in physics and mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a 2nd degree in physics from Tel-Aviv University, and a PhD in physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Gabi Sharon is an 11-year veteran of Nova. Following his leadership of Nova's service organization, Sharon led the initial penetration of the Copper CMP market and, more recently, spearheaded the NovaScan 3090 product line and its successful market launch.

Tal Shmueli has joined Nova in 1994. During his twelve years with Nova Tal served as a project manager in R&D, followed by being a technology manager in Nova Inc, where he was managing projects in cooperation with Nova’s OEM partners, and as VP of customer support of the Nova US service organization. Tal has served as director of product management in CogniTens, a supplier of metrology solutions for the car industry, and MDG Medical, offering automated medication administration for the healthcare industry. Tal holds a BSc in electrical engineering from the Technion.

Mr. Dov Farkash has served as VP Sales of Nova since July 2005. From 2000-2005 he served in various key sales positions in Nova. From 1996-2000 Mr. Farkash served as Sales and Marketing Manager of AFCON Ltd., and prior to that he was responsible for Sales and Marketing of AFCON Inc., USA, for North and South America. From 1989-1994 Mr. Farkash served in various managerial positions in software development, at AFCON Ltd. and YAM Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the Haifa Technion.

Hila joined Nova after 8 years at Amdocs, a market leader in customer experience systems innovations, where she held several positions as HR Director of large scale global groups. A skilled HR expert with vast experience in creating, structuring, developing and managing HR strategy and HR teams in global organization, Hila brings experience in leading the HR activity as part of acquisitions, merge processes & organizational changes. Hila holds a BA in behavioral science, specializing in organization development and MA in Diplomacy and Security from the Tel Aviv University.
